Based in the coastal town of Folkestone, on the South-East coast of England, Dr Legumes is a Community Interest Company that uses plant-based food as a tool to communicate the ethos of health-conscious food within our local community. We are passionate about blending local and exotic flavours to create a unique plant based dining experience. We are a community interest company, invested in providing accessible workshops to engage our community in the ethos of LIFE.MADE.BETTER Our workshops are designed to engage our local community by using food to promote and focus on health, well-being & sustainability. We facilitate these workshops within the restaurant space at Dr Legumes.
