Why Boardwalk Over the course of 30 years, our very name - Boardwalk Rental Communities - has reflected our vision, a vision we continue to share with our team of Associates and Resident Members today. We believe by strengthening the bonds of community and family across all our Associates and Resident Members, we are better able to bring our Resident Members home and make Boardwalk an inviting and inclusive place to live where Residents feel a real sense of belonging. Today, we continue to draw inspiration from our early days, taking pride in who we are, what we do, and why as we immerse ourselves in a culture that welcomes home all who wish to be a part of a community built on love and mutual respect. Together, Boardwalk's Resident Members and Associates believe in creating caring communities where our daily living experiences are best defined by a common understanding of "why" - "why" we are who we are and "why" we do what we do. This understanding is best articulated in our Golden Foundation: Treat others as you would like to be treated; Be Good; Love Community; and, Have Fun.
