A full service architectural firm established in 2005, following 8 years as senior architect with Bas Smith Architect Inc. We provide practical, sustainable, cost effective and aesthetically pleasing design solutions for a full range of project types. Our two architects, Joe Newell and Margaret Newell are registered with the AIBC and have a combined 35 years of experience as architects on a full range of project types for private clients, government bodies and non-profit housing and special interest societies. We are members of the CaGBC, with two LEED Accredited Professionals on staff. Current clients include Victoria Cool Aid Society, AIDS Vancouver Island, Society of St Vincent de Paul, Parksville Lions Housing Society and Campbell River and District Association for Community Living.
