Spotted Lake, known as k lil x to the Syilx Okanagan People, is a sacred medicine lake and a protected cultural heritage site located in the Okanagan-Similkameen region of British Columbia. With its rich history as a site for physical and spiritual healing, as well as the numerous ancient ceremonial cairns that surround it, the lake holds immense significance for the Syilx Okanagan Nation.

In 2001, the Okanagan Nation Alliance acquired the 56-acre site to ensure its preservation for future generations, solidifying its importance as a cultural landmark.
