Get Bent Yoga and Dance is one of the South Okanagan's largest yoga studios, providing classes seven days a week and offering a strong Teacher Training program specific to Get Bent's teaching philosophy and techniques. What Sets Us Apart Our Philosophy We have a passion for the process of practice. Our primary goal is the experience of this process. Our Teaching While we recognize a strong spiritual development during yoga practice, we choose to encourage this growth on a personal and individual level, through the physical practice. Poses are held for a length of time that requires students to listen and connect to their bodies, learning to take breaks as needed, reassessing their bodies every class. Through this process of understanding 'personal assessment and awareness' students can identify to what level their bodies can work at each day.
