Community Industries Employment Vocational Association (CIEVA) is dedicated to providing support services for adults aged nineteen and older with intellectual disabilities, empowering them to become productive members of their community. Through a range of initiatives, CIEVA focuses on developing individual strengths and vocational skills, facilitating job opportunities, and enhancing social skills. CIEVA operates three social enterprises—Recycling, Woodworking, and Community Work Crews—that not only contribute to the community but also offer valuable training and job placement for clients.
