Canada Wikwemikong Health Centre, formerly known as the NAANDWECHIGE-GAMIG Wikwemikong Health Centre, has been serving the community since July 11th, 1988. Initially established to provide traditional and western health services, most of its operations were transferred to the Wikwemikong Unceded Indian Reserve in 1994. The center offers bilingual services in the Native language and English, ensuring accessibility to all community members.

The center's emblem, the House of Healing shield, holds significant cultural and spiritual importance. A reproduction of a 150-year-old Medicine Shield used by the Odawa tribes, it symbolizes holistic well-being. Representing elements of the universe, the Thunderbird and Mishibishiw, the shield embodies the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit.
