The Lakehead Region Conservation Authority (LRCA) is a community-based environmental nonprofit agency focused on the conservation, restoration, development, and management of natural resources within the Lakehead Watershed. Established in 1954, the LRCA administers programs that mitigate natural hazards, manage owned lands, and protect sources of drinking water while offering various public stewardship and environmental education initiatives.
