Kingston Athletic Therapy Centre (KATC) was established in 2008 by Certified Athletic Therapists Carla Brash and Jean Soleyn, aiming to bring a distinctive form of physical therapy to Kingston. Recognized for their innovation, Carla and Jean were honored with the Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2010 by the Greater Kingston Chamber of Commerce.

Today, KATC flourishes as a 4200 sq/ft multidisciplinary facility, home to 6 Certified Athletic Therapists, 2 Registered Massage Therapists, and 3 Certified Personal Trainers. The center features a variety of treatment spaces, including open-concept treatment tables, private treatment rooms, a private training studio, and Kingston’s exclusive Whole Body Cryotherapy chamber.
