A tribute to the matriarchs of his family, Mamakas provided Thanos an opportunity to further connect with his Greek heritage whilst channeling the most authentic representation of Aegean cuisine to a new generation of food lovers and culturalists. After 8 years solidifying our standing in one of the world’s strongest culinary communities, our little corner on Ossington has grown into a hospitality group with over 120 staff, an in-house marketing team, and the most celebrated and talented chefs in the city.
