Our first hour of operation is dedicated to serve seniors and other vulnerable populations with urgent in-person banking needs. In Quebec, we are serving these customers during regular branch hours with enhanced support for physical distancing. We ask that you only visit the branch for matters that require in-person assistance. Please do not visit if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or have been advised to self-isolate due to exposure to COVID-19 or travel.
