The Woodpecker Fresh Dining and Lounge

To all our Loyal and Supportive Patrons… It is with heavy heart that we announce that due to Covid-19 and the subsequent closing of restaurants during the pandemic, that we will not be able to re-open The Woodpecker for the remainder of 2020 season. We are excited that the economy for Bruce County is opening back up but with new rules and regulations for conducting business, it is apparent with the stipulations regarding “social distancing” that we could not properly open The Woodpecker and keep all our patrons and tables at a 6’ distance. Our capacity would be reduced to less than 50% and as a result has made it financially impossible to open our doors at all. We Thank everyone for their support, kind words and compliments these past 3 years…It has been our pleasure to open our doors, welcome you as friends, serve you with professional grace, hear the laughter and see smiles of satisfaction and appreciation at the end of your evening.
