Café Terra was founded on the idea of providing local, fresh, and delicious meals to those who wanted a change from deep fried and pre-packaged foods. We know that in order to make what we wanted to provide to our guests that we wouldn't be able to source everything locally, but we've done as best as we can. We grow some of the salad greens, herbs, and vegetables we use right on the property.
