Begood Viveros es un estudio de clases dirigidas de Yoga, Pilates y Entrenamiento Funcional. Grupos reducidos de 12/14 personas para un servicio personalizado. Clases desde las 7.00 am hasta las 21.00h. Una combinación de clases dirigidas que te harán ganar fuerza, agilidad, flexibilidad, equilibrio y resistencia cardiovascular, en general CALIDAD DE VIDA.
