Located in the town of Vera and only 100m away from the beach, this magnificent complex offers newly constructed apartments equipped with tableware and amenities to provide comfort and independence. Additionally, Paraíso Playa apartments offer kid's entertainment, welcome amenities and cleaning service. APARTMENTS. They have a 26" LCD TV, an individual air conditioning unit and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave, glass ceramic hob and tableware. Besides, the apartments are inside a private complex with pool, jacuzzi and gardens. ENTERTAINMENT. The best Senator Hotels & Resorts entertainment for children will be provided at the venue during July and August. Our staff will ensure the fun for 4 hours a day (10 a.m. - 2 p.m.), from Tuesday to Sunday. CLEANING INCLUDED. Your apartment will be cleaned by our staff every 7 days. In addition to this, you will be able to hire the cleaning services most suited to your needs by paying a small fee. The price per extra cleaning service (including the change of bed sheets and towels) is 20€. WELCOME KIT In stays of 5 or more nights we include a Welcome kit with: • 4-pack of Cruzcampo beer (0.33 cl). • 4 Pepsi or Orange Kas cans (0.33 cl). • 2 bottles of Lanjaron or Fontvella water (1.5 l). • Box of 8 spreadable cheese wedges and an assortment of cold meats (100g). • Bimbo toasted bread. • 6 Puleva butter single portions and Hero jam. • Cleaning kit with scouring pad, cloth, washing-up liquid (50 ml) and 2 rubbish bags. DEPOSIT. We will ask for a 100€ deposit (per apartment) upon arrival. If no damage occurs, this deposit will be refunded in full after check-out. The deposit is not a guarantee. In the event that the damages exceed 100 €, we will charge the difference.
