It is in the heart of Paris, in the street of the innocents, that the new pastry-tea salon of Olivier Stehly has settled. The shop space was designed by Mickael Gouret, a young French designer architect who has already worked with great chefs. For Olivier Stehly, he chose to combine the elegance and warmth of wood and stone to highlight the chef’s pop and colorful creations.
