We’ve got a great selection of activities for you to enjoy here at Cheam Leisure Centre. Whatever you want to achieve, we’ve got you covered. The main pool hosts our award-winning swimming lessons, as well as a host of other aquatic activities, while our gym features all the latest equipment to help keep you fit. Furthermore, here at Cheam, we’ve also got squash courts for you to enjoy, as well as a huge range of group exercise classes to choose from, while our health suite is the ideal place to relax after a workout.

Romford’s Central Park Leisure Centre provides the local authority with a huge range of activities to choose from. As well as a 75-station state-of-the-art gym and its two swimming pools – in which our award-winning swimming lessons are hosted – there’s also plenty of other things to do here. You can also unwind in our sauna, steam room and spa, take advantage of the four-court sports hall and have a game of badminton or table tennis and enjoy a huge range of different group exercise sessions. Childcare’s not an issue, either, thanks to our superb creche facilities.

Wigston Pool and Fitness Centre’s facilities are better than ever. The gym features state-of-the-art cardio and resistance equipment which are sure to help you meet your fitness goals. Meanwhile, the pool is perfect for swimmers of all ages and abilities. It plays host to Everyone Active’s award-winning swimming lessons, as well as lane swimming, women-only sessions, family fun sessions and even rookie lifeguard lessons. You can also make use of the sauna facilities to help you relax after a hard workout, a refreshing swim, or just a hard day.
