Mr O'Neill's focus has always been to work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient management. His NHS Podiatry post comes under the Orthopedic Directorate and, privately, he is part of the Windsor Foot and Ankle Clinic, working closely with Orthopedic Consultants, Rheumatologists and Physiotherapists.

Treatments include general foot health maintenance, nail trimming, nail reduction, ingrown and fungal nail treatments, dry or cracked heels, corns and callus reduction/removal using specialist scalpel techniques, neurovascular assessments and management of the diabetic foot. Advice and treatment of verruca on request.
