Blackwood Residential Care Home - Sanctuary Care

At Blackwood Care Home we provide residential care and pre-bookable respite care to older adults. We look to enrich the lives of the people we support through care tailored to individual needs. We want those living at our care home in Camborne to feel safe, valued and cared for. When a resident joins us at Blackwood, the first thing we do is develop a comprehensive care plan with them. Here, we'll set out the care we aim to provide and how we'll deliver it. This plan is assessed and evolves regularly, and we'll work with the resident to ensure their care needs are met. So, you can rest assured if you or your loved one joins us at Sanctuary Care, dedicated care will be available round the clock from a passionate and trusted team. We are proud to have four resident ambassadors at our care home in Camborne. Our ambassadors take an active role in care home life, including supporting with our recruitment of all new staff - ensuring they are the right people for our home.
