I bring empathy and understanding to our sessions, ensuring you feel heard and validated in your experiences. I believe in working collaboratively with people who live with the daily challenges of being a carer within the family, past trauma, mental health and physical health difficulties. I have always had a natural ability to support people in their times of need, which led me to further train in Transactional analysis, a valuable asset for my clients wishing to explore relationship challenges, individually or as a couple. Using different counselling theories, we will explore your goals in an unbiased, safe environment that suits your growth. My location is in Devon.
