Hill House is a beautiful Georgian-style Country House offering stunning views of the beautiful Devon countryside. We are a residential care home and dementia friendly care home and have 30 en-suite rooms. This property is managed by Abbeyfield Living Society (a trading name of The Abbeyfield Society).

Frethey House is set in a delightful rural location just to the west of Taunton, with two acres of beautiful gardens to explore, plus an in-house hair salon, relaxing lounges and a range of daily activities. Our home offers both residential care and nursing care, in an environment where residents enjoy can peace and quiet, as well as stunning countryside views. We make the most of our location to get out and about in Somerset, visiting local attractions, enjoying a pub lunch or having tea in one of the cafes in Taunton. The gardens are a popular spot with residents on warmer days where green-fingered residents are welcome to help us keep everything looking good, or to simply sit on the terrace with a cup of tea and watch the visiting wildlife.
