Adam's

Adam's located on Waterloo Street in Birmingham city centre is a modern British Michelin Starred 30 seater restaurant run by Chef Adam Stokes and his wife Natasha. In adjacent to the main restaurant is a private dining room which seats tables of up to 18 guests is available for private functions. For that extra special experience there is also a chef's table located in the kitchen for exclusive use or individual groups. A la carte and tasting menus are served lunch and dinner, Tuesday to Saturday with a set lunch menu available Tuesday - Thursday. The tasting menu is the only dining option available on a Friday & Saturday evening. The modern food is a blend of tradition marriages with inventive twists. The restaurant marries classical elegance with friendly professional service.
