Arch Barn Harewood Holistics

The Arch Barn studio is located in the heart of Harewood Estate. Our lovingly restored state of the art studio is surrounded by walks through the deer park, forests and historic parkland designed by Capability Brown. Visiting us is a great way to enjoy well-being activities in beautiful surroundings. ​ The Arch Barn offers a range of Yoga and Pilates classes in our grade II listed studio. Enjoy full colour immersion classes of Yin, Hatha, Restorative, Vinyasa, Pilates, Ashtanga and beginners classes. There is something for everyone. ​ We make the most of our beautiful outdoor spaces with our retreats and workshops offerings. Enjoy cacao and moon ceremonies in our private woodland with its fire pit area or yoga next to the serpentine lake surrounded by bird song and spectacular views. We offer weekly Friday evening immersions where you can relax and experience a gong bath, guided visualisation meditations, yoga Nidra and rest + reset workshops. A range of treatments with our expert therapists are also on offer and we welcome you to relax with us in our tranquil and calming space.
