The Robata grill serves a wide range of organic vegetables, poultry, meats and seafood, prepared and served with in-house sauces and marinades. Our style of food is ‘authentic yet not traditional’, a modern interpretation of traditional Japanese cuisine, where the emphasis is centred on creating a harmony of flavours with a modern, innovative twist. Our sushi bar offers wide variety of fresh fish for use as sashimi, nigiri, maki and specialty rolls.
