Ayurveda Retreat

We first opened our doors in July 2006 and since then have welcomed more than 20,000 clients from Berkshire and beyond into our beloved Ayurveda Retreat in the heart of Reading. Open seven days a week and until 7pm weekdays, we are deeply committed to helping people improve their general health and wellbeing by offering a variety of massages, treatments and therapies. Many come to us seeking purely physical relaxation from their treatment but leave feeling mentally and emotionally much calmer, too. Our town centre location means we are easy to reach, but our peaceful and relaxing ambience means that, once inside, you will feel far removed from the hustle and bustle of town life.
