Bala Baya

Bala Baya is chef Eran Tibi's poem to the Middle East. It's about an honest love between food and people. Eran's love of the Eastern Mediterranean and its many unique eating habits inspired him to create a menu that mimics a day in the life of Tel Aviv. We are a bakery in the morning, a fast paced pita kiosk with a sit down restaurant at lunch and a buzzy street level restaurant at night. Our food is rooted in tradition but with a progressive and modern take. Inspired by the Bauhaus architecture of much of the Middle East, award winning Afroditi Krassa has designed a kaleidoscopic space that allows you to experience its sun-kissed youthfulness.
