BBQ Workshop - Kent’s BBQ Cookery School

BBQ Workshop is an independent BBQ Cookery School; classes are developed and run by Jackie Weight, the only non-American Grand Champion of the Jack Daniels World BBQ Competition (considered to be the ‘Super-Bowl’ of BBQ Competitions). Set in the Kent countryside, our classes are informal, sociable and open to everyone, whatever their skill level. We use a variety of barbecues on our classes so that everyone will be able to take what they have learnt and recreate dishes at home.
