Pocklington Canal
The Pocklington Canal, located approximately a mile south of Pocklington, is a navigable waterway that connects to the River Derwent near East Cottingwith. Established in 1969, the Pocklington Canal Amenity Society (PCAS) is dedicated to the preservation and restoration of this historic waterway, as well as raising awareness of its rich heritage and diverse wildlife.
