Welcome to our Boutique Bed & Breakfast! We are based in an idyllic holiday location in the traditional and charming British seaside resort of Bexhill-on-Sea. We warmly invite you to stay at our house that is set in a stunning waterfront location, where you can explore everything the South East Coast has to offer. We are centrally positioned in the town and Bexhill has many independent shops, boutiques, cafes and restaurants, all within walking distance from us. Bexhill train station is 10 minutes’ walk and buses and taxis are easily available if you need them. A rare and luxurious property, the house is located right on the seafront so you have your own picturesque seaside retreat all of your own to enjoy! This is an ideal base to explore the dazzling beauty around you or whether you simply want to relax and rejoice in a holiday by the sea. Private and intimate, our house has just two rooms so you feel like you have your own home from home with your own breathtaking views of the sea. Both rooms are en suite with smart TVs. Guests have their own entrance, guest lounge to use anytime featuring original works of art, WIFI, underfloor heating throughout and your own large private balcony to sit out on. Escape from the city and stress and sleep soundly each night with the sound of the sea soothing away any worries. Admire the scarlet and orange hues of the sunset with a romantic glass of wine or two on your own terrace. Or gaze in awe at the burst of gold sunrise over the glittering sea in the morning. Observe the sea birds in their natural habitat, glimpse local fishing or sailing boats and explore the delights of Bexhill Beach. These award winning beaches are never crowded and the promenade is two miles long, perfect for keen walkers and cyclists. The beach is a shingle beach in some places but also has generous golden, fine stretches of sand and plenty of rock pools to explore. Swimming or paddling in the clean waters in summer is a fun and free pleasure. Bexhill-on-Sea is a unique town and is proudly known as the birthplace of motor racing. The love for British motor racing started here by the seaside in 1902 and The Motoring Heritage Centre located in The Sackville Building, features historical information and photos on the original 1902 to 1904 races in Bexhill. One of the best things about our location is that we are situated right next door to the De La Warr Pavilion. The Pavilion first opened to the public on the 12th December 1935 and now people from all over the world come to visit this spectacular Grade 1 listed building and an architectural icon which attracts over 350,000 visitors a year. The De La Warr Pavilion hosts live shows, concerts, plays, contemporary art exhibitions, local community events and many events and activities especially for children. The De La Warr cafe, bar and kitchen serves delicious high quality food and drink all day and the views inside and out are extraordinary. We offer you much more than just a place to stay. We offer you a wonderful and exclusive experience, where you will feel relaxed and refreshed during your time with us. When the time comes for you to return home, you will leave with precious memories that are never forgotten.
