All guests have the use of our self contained breakfast room. You are welcome to order a takeaway or prepare your own evening meal using our self catering facility, fitted with - microwave oven - toaster - kettle - cutlery & plates - All there for you to relax and enjoy! BREAKFAST Your complimentary continental breakfast is prepared the night before ready for the morning, you are welcome to help yourself to toast, cereals, pastries, fresh fruit salads or melon boats, yoghurts and more as well as a choice of fruit juices, tea, coffee, milk. BEDROOMS All bedrooms are en-suite shower rooms, have comfy beds with Egyptian cotton bedding, and all the mod-cons you'd expect; tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, iron etc. DISABLED ROOM A-twin bedded en-suite wet room with underfloor heating is located on the ground floor and is equipped for our less-abled guests. ADDITIONAL Special needs diets can be catered for with prior notice. LOCATION We are perfectly located for Birmingham NEC, Resorts World, Resorts World Arena, B'ham airport. Birmingham Business Park, HS2 sites, Hams Hall Business Park. GETTING HERE Main motorway junctions for M6, M6 toll and M42 motorways are all within easy reach. Coleshill Parkway Train Station - is nearby for a 15 minute train ride to Birmingham New Street Station. Birmingham international airport and train station is are both within a 10 minute drive.
