Brat at Climpson's Arch

Climpson's Arch, also home to Climpson & Sons Coffee Roastery & Coffee Bar, is a restaurant residency offering a platform for young chefs and the rising stars of the food world to cook and perform in our venue. Our mission is to act as a business incubator: we offer our space for a fixed duration (minimum 6 months) to cultivate a combination of creativity and the practicalities of running a business. Chefs wishing to have their own restaurant are given the tools to bench test their food concept without financial risk.
