In 2004, encouraged by her family, Lynn Ashton transferred her culinary delights from her home kitchen into the old fruit and veg shop on 2 New Lane. With only bare essentials, she soon built up an army of loyal customers. In 2009, having served in the RAF, Met and Lancashire police, Lynn's eldest daughter Emma was looking for a new challenge and agreed to take on a business development role. Today, Butties2Go serves just under 1000 'Butties' a week and regularly caters for the Preston and Penwortham area by delivering Buffets and Business Lunches.
