The Cafe in the Library is open Mon to Friday 9.30am - 5pm and is situated in Watford Central Library. We stock a range of high quality coffee and tea as well as delicious cakes and pastries. The Cafe is part of Watford Mencap, a local independent Charity and offers people with learning disabilities the opportunity to learn retail and Barista skills.
