Catherine's Bakery is an independent bakery, established over 30 years ago by John Powers, who honed his skills at Birmingham College of Food and Domestic Arts before venturing into his own business. Renowned across Telford and Shropshire, the bakery offers a range of freshly made breads, cakes, sandwiches, and savoury items daily from their locations in Newport, Bridgnorth, Shifnal, and Wellington.
