The location is away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre but is just 1 mile away from Blackpool Tower and a 10 minute walk to North Pier and the town centre. Alternatively a tram stop is just a two minute walk and provides a short carriage to the town centre, Pleasure Beach or anywhere on the Golden Mile. The property has retained many of its original features, including ornate ceiling plaster-work, wood panelling, marble pillars and large Victorian fireplaces.
