Our self-catering cottage with a sitting room, kitchen and separate utility downstairs and two ensuite double bedrooms upstairs has been highly recommended in Alastair Sawday’s Special Places to Stay/Garden Lovers and enjoyed by many repeat visitors over the years. Lovingly renovated by the new owners ready for summer 2018 it is a few minutes walking distance from the harbour in the lovely sea-side village of Itchenor, which has two pubs, a coffee shop and a sailing club, and is the perfect bolt-hole for a short break or even a longer-term rental! Unwind and relax sailing, walking, bicycling or playing tennis or visit the sandy beach at West Wittering. The historic City of Chichester is about seven miles away and within easy distance of Portsmouth, Brighton, Arundel and Petworth.
