Cleveland House

The house has had a full refurb for 2021 including a four person infra red sauna with en-suite shower, amusement arcade, dining room seating 16, lounge with 3 sofas, 65 inch TV and 3D surround sound. There are 8 bedrooms all ensuite. The whole house is let for family holidays so you will have the exclusive use of the property. Cleveland House is the perfect holiday location. It is situated in Westbourne, Bournemouth, at the top of Alum Chine - a short tree lined walk to the beach. Bournemouth has beautiful sandy beaches, amazing restaurants and bars and good shopping. Westbourne is a boutique local neighbourhood, 2 minutes walk, with deli's, restaurants and cool bars. Fully stocked kitchen with large gas hob and oven, fridge, 1 1/2 dishwashers and separate utility room with floor standing fridge and freezer, sink, washing machine and dryer, also space for storing bikes, wet suits and other beach gear. There are 2 patio doors opening to a south facing patio with BBQ area and outdoor sofa and armchairs. The whole house is for rent to groups of family or friends, stag and hen groups are not allowed and pets are by appointment only. Check in is 4pm and check out 11am. Guest access There is parking for 6 or 7 cars and nearby free parking, but if you don't want to use a car you can use train, taxi, your own bikes or beryl bikes and electric scooter hire. We are on the route of the Bournemouth coastal open top double decker bus tour that visits Bournemouth, Poole, Sandbanks and crosses the harbour to Swanage. There are also bus and boat tickets to Brown Sea Island, pool quay around poole harbour or to Swanage via Old Harry Rocks. Other things to note We have installed the top BT Business broadband package with the highest possible download speed and guaranteed WiFi in every room including a 4G backup.
