Kaiseki is a traditional multi-course Japanese meal, consisting of a sequence of dishes, each often small and artistically arranged. The term also refers to the collection of skills and techniques that allow the preparation of such dishes, and could be considered similar to the Westen Haute cuisine. It takes about 2 hours.
