We are dedicated in sourcing only the very best premium cuts of meat, guaranteed to make your dining experience with us one you will remember forever! All our meat is supplied by R&J Yorkshire's Finest Farmers & Butchers. It is a family run farm and butcher that farms in Nidderdale since the 1850's, with an informal co-op farmers supplying from across the Yorkshire Dales, Moors and Vales. All the farming is based on a Low and Slow process; Grass fed or free range and using seasonal and contemporary hanging and curing techniques.
