De Brus Bar & Grill

De Brus Bar & Grill is an informal and contemporary place to meet, drink and dine, welcoming both residents and non-residents. A great place to enjoy drinks with friends, a freshly brewed coffee and cake, or enjoy an informal lunch or supper. Chef has prepared a menu that offers a range of dishes from ‘the grill’ alongside some favourites such as fish and chips and the De Brus burger. If you fancy something a little lighter our smaller dishes may be for you. Choose a few smaller dishes and ‘a bit on the side’ for a meal full of different flavours – think salt baked beetroot, pickled watermelon and samphire, salt and pepper squid or the power salad; packed with super foods.
