41 Beach Station Road
Felixstowe, England IP11 2EY
Welcome to Suffolk's most southerly pub The Dolphin, Felixstowe, lying on the south side of Felixstowe close to Britain's largest container port and a few minutes walk to the seafront. A recently refurbished traditional pub hotel, the site has been home to an Inn for the last 140 years. It began life in late Victorian times as The Station Hotel, opposite the now demolished Felixstowe Beach Station which in its heyday was the arrival and departure point for thousands of families every summer enjoying a day at the seaside. It was rebuilt in the 1950s and retained its name until the late ‘60s, after the closure of the station, when it became The Dolphin. Our pub offers a welcoming atmosphere where you can relax with friends and family. With pool, darts and live music at weekends, there is always something to enjoy. We serve food every day and our rooms offer comfortable accommodation for a great night's sleep. Dogs are allowed in the Sports bar but must be kept on a lead at all
