Elite Waffles specialise in freshly-baked waffles but what makes them Elite? Unlike most places, we specially-developed our own batter which is made daily on-site using only 6 ingredients: Flour, Eggs, Milk, Yeast, Vanilla & Salt and goes through a proofing stage until it's ready to get baked. So that's no preservatives or sugar and the ice-cream served with your waffle? Yep, no artificial preservatives, no artificial flavours, not even vanilla... It just compliments our waffles so well!

Chef Koo, has been participating in different dessert competitions and gained awards from all around the world. Chef Koo is happy to share his past dessert experiences with students and chefs when his traveling to a country as a guest chef. In addition, Chef Koo has also established his owned brand "Patisserie Jeffery Koo" in Hong Kong. The products are mainly health-oriented and all designed and monitored by him.
