Empower Wrestling is a family-run wrestling and self-defence school located in Sheffield, dedicated to helping children and adults strengthen their mental, physical, and emotional capabilities for over 20 years. The facility offers various classes for all ages, specialising in both Greco-Roman and freestyle wrestling, and prioritising a welcoming atmosphere with knowledgeable coaches.

The school also promotes important life skills such as discipline, confidence, and social interaction through structured training programmes. In addition to wrestling, Empower Wrestling recently introduced a kickboxing class led by World Champion Kickboxer Imran Khan, aimed at individuals looking to master this sport with a focus on quality training.
