We are passionate about the exquisite wine and food of Italy;together we will take you on a memorable journey through themany different regions of our country.Rosso was born in a wine cellar. We were sipping excellent wine, enjoying an amazing variety of cheeses and charcuterie. One thing led to another and another bottle of wine had to be tried. Then we had to try the patron’s pasta and, of course, more wine to taste. Oh, and a bit more cheese and cured meats!This was the beginning of our journey. Now we want to bring you that particularly Italian way of sharing mealtimes; chatting with family and friends, tasting an array of regional delicacies and above all discussing the food and wine. This isn’t just about consumption, it’s about the attitude towards and the passion for the produce.
