George And Helen's Fish Shop

Established by original Founders George & Helen in 1967 whom the business is still names after,George & Helen's fish and chip shop are still providing the local community with quality fish and chips after nearly Half a Century.The shop was run by son Kostas and the baton has been handed over to third generation Tony,who along with his colleague and friend,are now in charge of maintaining the high standards set by the original co-founders many years ago. In 2013,the shop underwent a major refurbishment in order to not only modernise the shop's look,but also to be able to add/extend the product menu to satisfy the change in consumer tastes as a result of demographic changes within the local community. Extended Products on the menu include Kebabs..Mediterranean and Tikka Flavours as well as the traditional Lamb/Donner range.Also,on the menu is Southern Fried Chicken cooked in professional 'Henny Penny' cooking machines that guarantee a succulent taste. The kebab range include being served with chips, salad as well as a personal choice of sauce on a tray[regular or large sizes] or on a either Tortilla or Naan or served in Pitta. We still maintain a keen eye on the core product range which George & Helen's started out with,that is Traditional fish and chips,as well as Pukka pie range and roast chicken too. There is an option for vegetarians..Spring Rolls or veggie burgers or even 'Salad kebab or simply,plain salad in a tray.
