We are very close to town centre, providing easy and convenient access to all local shops and facilities including numerous cafe's, pubs and restaurants. Leisure centre/pool, park, bowling alley, Morrison's and railway (MNR), are all 2 just minutes walk. Dereham is in the centre of Norfolk, so Norwich, The Broads, and coastline are just a short drive.
