Great Open Door

Great Open Door is a charity organisation comprising local church members dedicated to enhancing education in Harlow's primary schools by providing engaging Christian assemblies and lessons in Religious Education. Currently supporting over 50 schools and 12,000 pupils, their programmes utilise storytelling, music, puppetry, and visual aids to captivate children's imaginations, catering to various learning styles across Foundation Stage to Year 6.

In addition to assemblies, Great Open Door also offers a range of online resources designed to enrich classroom experiences. Volunteers passionate about working with children are welcomed to contribute, fostering an inclusive and supportive educational environment in the local community.
