Based in Hailsham and Eastbourne, our fun and varied 45-minute sessions include circuits, CrossFit-inspired workouts, boxercise, partner work, and fitness games. We use equipment like kettlebells, hand weights, battle ropes, and more, as well as bodyweight exercises. Our friendly and supportive community provides accountability, motivation, and plenty of laughs along the way.
