Heavenly Outlook is in a Victorian townhouse overlooking Scarborough's North Bay. It's also located within a short walk (5-10 minutes) of the main shopping centre. In autumn 2019 the property underwent major refurbishment - both externally and internally. Guests are now welcomed into the newly tiled and classically decorated main entrance hall. Rooms have been upgraded and are well-equipped.
