We are a family owned and run business, bringing London the tastes of Palestine and Lebanon. Our head chef is Grandmother who cooks the most delicious and amazing dishes and still manages to keep the boys under her sparkly gaze! She has a team in the kitchen to help in her daily mission to feed the hundreds of people who walk through our doors or enjoy the unique tastes of Hiba’s cuisine in the comfort of their own homes and offices. She is ably abetted by our well recognised chefs who are always diligently working behind the counter preparing the much loved shawarmas as they grill slowly on the spit and get the grill going for freshly cooked chicken and lamb dishes accompanied by colourful salads.
